Operation Process
Material Separation
Mineral grains are fed into the magnetic bar box. As particles pass through the permanent magnetic bars, ferromagnetic materials are absorbed onto the bars due to magnetic force.
Discharge & Cleaning
Non-magnetic minerals discharge through the outlet while the cylinder device rotates magnetic bars layer by layer, automatically separating absorbed ferromagnetic materials through the iron removal port.
