Processing Methods
Dry Process Method
The dry process reduces raw ore particle size from 25mm to approximately 6mm using crushers, simultaneously decreasing moisture content from 20% to 10% through hot air injection. Final fine grinding employs air-blowing Raymond mills with centrifugal and cyclone dust separators. This method effectively eliminates most sand content and is ideal for raw ore with high natural whiteness, low sand content, and optimal particle size distribution.

Wet Process Method
