The separation process begins when mineral slurry enters the cell through the box feeder. Under water flow action, particles disperse and magnetic particles form clusters or chains due to magnetic field influence. These magnetic aggregates move toward magnetic poles and adhere to the cylinder surface, while non-magnetic gangue materials separate and discharge with the slurry flow.
