Electromagnetic High Intensity Dried-Powder Magnetic Separator
This advanced electromagnetic separator is specifically designed for processing dry powder materials including kaolin, feldspar, and quartz sand. It effectively removes fine ferrous contaminants through high-intensity magnetic separation technology.
Operation Process
Feed dry powder through the hopper while the separator operates in magnetizing mode with vibration. After processing, stop feeding, deactivate the magnetic field, and use vibration to discharge collected magnetic materials from the magnetic media.
