1. The magnetic separator is provided with an advanced cooling system, the excitation coil has wholly sealed, forced oil-cooling outer circulating system, multideck construction winding coil is dipped in transformer oil to double the heat releasing area of the winding coil, so the flow of cooling-oil is controlled effectively, the quick heat-exchange of the coil and transformer oil is achieved, this can ensure the coil temperature raising less than 25°.

2. The outside of coil is wholly closed to be dustproof, rainproof, antiseptic. Respirator is installed to avoid moisture air into the coil and reduce its isolation grade, so the equipment can work in varying adverse circumstances.

3. The transformer oil is used to cool the coil without water, this can save energy and water, protect environment and avoid the scaling of the cooling water.

4. Because the temperature rise of the coil is lower, the magnetic field between the cold and heat status vary little, the utilization ratio of magnetomotive is high, and at same magnetic field, the exciting power lowers 20%, the coil cost lowers 20%.

5. Using the advanced automatic malfunction diagnostic system and remote control system, the magnetic separator achieves intelliget operation.
