1, The inner tube for gas LPG hose is synthetic NBR, good oil resistance and    The reinforcement is high tensile polyester fiber braided. The outer tube is NR and SBR, good wear resistance.

2, The regular inner diameter sizes for gas LPG hose is from 3/16” to 1/2”. The most popular sizes are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. These sizes have been selling well.

3, Gas hose colors can be black, orange, red, blue, yellow etc. Generally speaking, gas hose color is orange and the most popular color is orange in the markets.

4, The working pressure for gas LPG hose is 20 bar (300psi), and burst pressure is 60 bar (900psi). We have a series of equipment to test burst pressure.

5, The standard length for gas LPG hose is 100m per roll or 50m per roll. Sometimes, the lengths can be several meters like 2m, 5m etc. It depends on customers’ request.

6, We have been producing gas LPG hose according to standard BS EN 599, BS EN ISO 3821, BS 3212. BS3212 is standard for flexible rubber tubing used in LPG vapour phase. BS EN ISO 3821 is standard for rubber hoses used for welding, cutting, etc. BS EN 599 is standard for rubber hose used for welding, cutting and allied processes.

7, About the package of gas LPG hose, for black color hose, it is well packed by transparent OPP films; for colored hose, it is double package, firstly well packed by transparent OPP films and then packed by poly stripes in order not to get dirty because of environment. If necessary, it will be well packed in cartons or polybags with header card for pieces. We can also pack the hoses according to customers’ specific requirements.

8, About the shipment for gas LPG hose, we can ship the goods by sea, by air and by express. If by sea, Ningbo or Shanghai port is OK. The lead time is mainly depends on the quantity. Generally speaking, 30 days for a 20’ FCL.
