Application: High-quality oil-resistant hose is anti-static and explosion-proof, wear-resistant, anti-aging, safe and reliable. It is suitable for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, lubricating oil and others.
Technical characteristics: It is used to transport oil products in anti-explosion places. In the aspect of anti-static safety, the conductive inner rubber layer can prevent from generating electrostatic charges, more reliable than metal wires added in the middle of hose, or electrostatic charges can be led to earth by a metal connector connected with the conductive rubber layer, so as to avoid dangers.
Structure: Inner rubber layer: Black anti-static and super oil-resistant NBR synthetic rubber;
Reinforced layer: High-strength synthetic fiber braided layer;
Protective layer: Wear-resistant, oil-resistant and anti-aging synthetic rubber.
Anti-static standard: Inner rubber layer is conductive, with specific resistance R<106 ohmm.
Appearance: Glossy, black or customized colors.
Working pressure: W.P 150-350 PSI
Safety factor: 4 times.
Temperature: -30 to 105℃
Packing: Standard export packing with double protection. Available for specific length cutting and pallet package according to customer needs.
