Panels are constructed from 9mm MDF boards with 65mm thickness and maximum 1230mm width. Each panel features full perimeter extruded aluminum frames with interlocking corner construction for enhanced structural integrity and acoustic performance.

The retractable sealing system uses extruded aluminum box sections with manual operation. A simple 45-degree handle turn simultaneously extends or retracts top and bottom seals through a durable steel and spring mechanism, ensuring firm positioning in both retracted and extended modes.

Constructed from extruded 6063-T6 anodized aluminum, the track housing utilizes grooves and interlocking steel pins for precise alignment. The system includes integral nut slots for secure drop rod bracket attachment.

Features BUNGE center/side/remote stacking system with two-wheeled nylon trolleys made from POM 45 tempered steel, providing smooth and reliable panel movement.

All materials used in construction meet Class A rating standards in accordance with BUNGE quality requirements.
