Now the wooden grooved acoustic panel is popular.We usually choose the MDF(18 mm/15 mm, class 1)which is made from pines as the core materials, and the surface is melamine surface. In order to strengthen the effect of sound absorption, we glue the black fire proof sound absorbent tissue on the rear. We have sold a lot to Switzerland, Malaysia,Indian and etc.
The standard size is 197*2440 mm for stripe panel, 133*2440 mm for holes panels.
(1)The noise reduction wall panel is made of high quality MDF board.
(2)Our wooden grooved acoustic panel’s highest fire retardant grade can reach A2(GB) grade, and the best environmental protection can reach E1(GB) grade.
(3)Grooved wooden acoustic panel structures’ finish including: Melamine, Natural veneer, Anti-fire plate, Paint,Metal sheet, Artificial veneer and leather etc.
(4)Acoustic tissue including: The black color and attached at the back side of acoustic panel tissue, has fire retardant and sound absorption function.
