During panel movement, a 22.5-25mm gap is maintained between the panel top and head track underside, with a similar gap at the bottom. Acoustic integrity is preserved through extended pressure seals at top and bottom when panels are positioned.

The pressure seals are activated by a single 180° turn of a removable operating handle. Final wall closure is achieved by extending a telescopic sleeve on the last panel, simultaneously activating both top and bottom seals.

Material and profile specifications are determined by panel weight and application parameters. Ceiling angle trim allows masking of suspended ceiling edges, with 20mm recessed angle trim required for single point suspension to prevent panel fouling.
