Installation:
(1)Size of the wall: all panels should be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
(2)Cutting: all necessary hardware and accessories for a complete job installation are to be furnished by the contractor.
(3)Install the acoustic panels: the installation of acoustic panels should be carried out in a sequence from the left to the right, from upside to downside, the panels are cut to fit on-site, traditional woodworking tools are suitable for cutting the panels, if panels are cut using a fine tooth table saw the panels should be cut face up to avoid scratching and at a much slower speed to avoid any tear-out or chipping.
(4)Fix on keel:
Wooden keel fixing using nails, staples, or screws into prefixed timber battens on the walls via the tongue and groove joint. It also can be fixing by a light steel keel.
Sliding aluminum track system:
For single or paired panels up to 250 kg. One 4-wheeled carrier is provided per panel, each wheel is consists of molded polymer tires on hardened steel ball bearings. Resilient mounted body for quiet operation and load distribution.special for center stacking option. The usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200 mm.
For the Omni-directional panel up to 225 kg. Two carriers are provided per panel. Each carrier has two horizontal counter-rotating wheels that roll (not slide) in the track. Each wheel has precision ground bearings, encased with POM for quiet operation. Carriers easily negotiate square or angled corners without switches. The usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200 mm.
