2.Components of Office Partition Walls:
1). Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminum 6063-T5 materials, hanging the office partition walls with wheels.
2).Wheels/Rollers: It is the carrier for the office partition walls, let panels move more flexibly. Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.
3).Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks,"L", "T", "+"types are available.
4).Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC), durable and perfect for sound insulation,wear-resistant.
5).Rock Wool: Density of 60kg/m3, help us reduce the noise and heat.
6). Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.
7). Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form an excellent sound insulation performance.
8).Magnetic Strip: Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance the acoustic
performance of the office partition walls.
9).MDF board: 9 mm thickness, density of 760kg/m3, absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%.Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.
3.FAQ
1: What should you do on-site?
A beam (truss)should be built on-site for track installation. The minimum distance leaving for track installation from a false ceiling to top ceiling is 180mm.
2: How to install?
We will provide the installation manual and video guiding the installation job. We can also dispatch the installation engineer supervising the installation as request.
3: What is the finishing surface?
The bottom panel is MDF or plywood, which is an unfinished face.
You can do decoration on-site, such as wallpaper, paint, etc,
We can also provide the product with a finished faces, such as melamine, faux wood, woven fabric, and leather.
Choose from our stylish fabric or leather covers and have the option to have a soft/ hard surface.
We can also provide glass partition for glass clips or aluminum frame panels.
