HINTS AND TIPS
Before you cut your fruit ready to juice roll it on a firm counter top applying enough pressure to push down on the fruit. Rolling the fruit breaks the flesh and makes it softer and easier to squeeze. For larger lemons cut off each end of the lemon then stand on one of its flat cut ends. Cut the lemon in half down its longest side then each half again so you have quarters. Smaller pieces mean more juice! Limes can be cut in half.
