Description
1. Travel scope can be adjusted.
2. Mould is located by locating groove, so that it`s easy to change mould. Adopt cool-forming moulds.
3. Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Adopt the interface of human-machine and PLC programmable controller.
4. Waster-eliminating equipment.
5. The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine`s life.
6. Adopt the equipment of trace pressing, batch number printing and scarp-collecting.
7. Stepping motor drive wheel to grip and tow wrapper, Synchronize accurately.
Functions
- This machine gets the function for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.
- The step motor is adopted on the machine for precise controlling the pulling length and saving material.
- The heating molds of the machine will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from the heated mold.
- The mold and the automatic feeder can be designed according to customer’s request.
