It is improved on the base of old machine and importing foreign advance equipment. This
machine adopts PLC screen system, variable frequency, advanced function, easy operation,
high quality, so it is an ideal equipment for the industries such as big and mini pharmacy, and
Food.
1. Blister forming, heat-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting all adopt gear mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when rotating the hand wheel.
2. Manipulator towing, adjustable travel range, which can fit for blister packing of different sizes.
3. Positive pressure forming matched with mechanical punch ensures well blister forming.
4. Collocate with special automatic feeder to fit for different goods such as ampoule, vial, syringe, big honey pill, medical appliance or other special shapes.
5. Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer.
6. Forming, heat-sealing and impressing moulds adopt bolt orientating which leads to precise orientation, easy to change moulds and material saving.
7. Detachable design makes the machine easy to be carried and installed according to user’s requirement.

•Eye marking sealing device with sensor trace can be added for option.
