Blister packing machine DPP-140A is a new product designed for industry of hospital, medium-size and small-size pharmaceutical plant, health care product plant, such us capsules, tablets, penicillin bottle, ampoule, oral liquid, candy and so on. It has small size of body, easy operation, long durability and much performance. Its function has reached domestic leading level.
This machine can be used in small pharmacy factory, dosage room of hospital , institute laboratory , health care product plat, food industry.
CHARACTERISTIC:
- Adopts top brand PLC controller with touch screen displayed in Chinese and English,Frequency inverter for speed control.
- This machine gets the function for easy cutting line embossing, batch number embossing and wasted packaging material rewinding.
- The step motor is adopted on the machine for precise controlling the pulling length and saving material.
- The heating molds of the machine will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the packing material from the heated mold.
- The mold and the automatic feeder can be designed according to customer’s request.
