Description
- Main motor adopts inverter speed controlling system.
- It adopts newly designed double hopper feeding system with high precision optical control for
- automatic
- and high efficiency feeding. It is suitable for different blister plate and irregular shape objects.(
- the feeder
- can be designed according to client’s specific packaging object.)
- Adopting independent guiding track. The moulds are fixed by trapezoid style with easier removing
- and
- adjusting.
- The machine will stop automatically once the materials are finished. Also it has installed emergency
- stop to keep safety when the workers run the machine.
- Organic glass cover is optional.
Attention
When make ALU ALU product:
Turn off No.2 (Heating box),change the feeder to shaking type feeder and change molds(Forming up and
down molds, sealing up and down molds, blanking up and down molds)
When make ALU PVC product: Turn on all of the stations.
