NJP new condition capsule filling machine comes with touching screen, PLC programming controller, which can appear the capacity of per minutes, total output, dynamic empty capsules and medicine powder condition, alarm for capsule lacking, and automatically stop for lacking of medicine power, breakdown diagnosing display.

Shelter are fixed around the dose pan, which can recycle the powder, reduce the dust on working bench.

The machine equipped with dust collector for recycling and saving raw material. All contact parts are made by high quality stainless steel which meets GMP standard.

1. The machine will not be shaking in transport with wooden fixed.
2. The machine will not be affected with damp in transport with packed with PE plastic bags.
3. Easy shaking station will fixed with hard rope.
4. Long machine will packed separately.
