Kraft paper tubes are consist of kraft paperboard core and smooth kraft paper as surface together. Due to the strength and paper material feature of kraft paper, it is more protective and mositure resistance for goods carried.
Kraft paper tubes are widely used in shipping, mailing, and packaging products, even more used for storage of documents or poster packaging which can’t be folded. And could be printed to brand your business as per you want.
The whole kraft paper tubes include 3 parts, the innermost layer, the liner and the outermost layer. The innermost layer could be anti water, moisture referenst, or food level. The liner is the kraft paper core, which is thick to shape the cylinder tube. The outermost layer is the surface we could see.
Core types of paper tube
The raw kraft paper is rotary to several layers to shape different thickness of paper tube. Then it is sawed into paper piples with different length. These paper tube cores is the main shape of the whole paper tube. And could be glued with different innermost layers as below, also different paper to be produced to paper tubes in different structure.
