Tungsten carbide balls alternate name Cemented carbide ball, refers to the ball and ball made of tungsten carbide. Tungsten carbide ball has high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance and poor service environment.
The tungsten carbide grinding ball is a kind of powder metallurgy product which is mainly composed of carbide (WC, TIC) micron powder of high hardness refractory metal and sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace with cobalt (CO) or nickel (Ni) as binder.
The cemented carbide grinding ball material includes YG6, YG6X, YG8, yg8x, yn6, yn9, etc.
