carbide cylindrical pins made of tungsten carbide, having very good wear resistance and bending strength. Machining industry often adopt it in nut, bolt and screws forming dies. It is also suitable for stainless screw dies and semifinishing rollers. Homogeneous property ensure the same quality of products.

All of our heading dies are HIP sintered, and we use 100% raw material, our heading dies was exported to Europe, South America, North America and Asia.

Grades used normally is YG11, YG15, YG20, YG16C, YG18C, YG20C, YG25C.

Packing and delivery of carbide cylindrical pins

step 1, wrapped extrusion die in paper to avoid extrusion die to broke

step 2, put the extrusion die in inner small carton box

step 3, put the inner box into outter carton and fill the carton with foamed plastic

step 4, wrap the carton with packaging tape

step 5, you can choose any delivery way such as DHL,TNT,UPS ect.
