Production and test process of cemented carbide shield cutter

Step 1, Soon after the order is confirmed, carbide cutter insert products will start to prepare the RTP powder 
Step 2, Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering using every mould, and check the appearances and the sizes of carbide cutter insert 
Step 3, Bulk production ,press the raw materials to shape blanks,and all carbide cutter insert blanks must be passed by semi finished inspection,
Step 4, Then sinter blanks to finish (HIP) and finished products inspection.
 

 
 
 
Packing and delivery of tungsten carbide cutter blade

♦  clean product before packing
♦  wrapped carbide cutter insert in paper and put into inner small carton box
♦  put the inner box into outter carton and fill the carton with foamed plastic
♦  wrap the carton with packaging tape
