Q: What is tinplate? Are printed tins safe for food?
A: Tinplate is a high quality safe packaging material for food items such as cookies, candies, chocolate, etc. A food grade lacquer is coated on the inside of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food product and thus make it suitable for food storage.
Q: How to print on the tins?
A:CMYK or PMS. Printing is done on large metal sheet first, then slitting into smaller piece for stamping and formation
Q: Can i get a price list?
A: All items are quoted individually. Price is affected by material thinckness,tin shape,size,printing colors,quantity ect. Please povide you specific requirements and we could make the best solution for you.
Q: Can you open mould? How long will it take?
A: Yes.OEM is available. Any shape of tin can be made new mould. Normally it is 15-20 working days.
Q: Can you make sample? How long will it take?
A: Yes.About 7 days for our available size sample. If make new mould, sample will be came out 5 days after finish mould.
Q: What is MOQ of tin ?
A: It is 3000-5000pcs for large size. 10000pcs-30000pcs for small size
Q: How to make tin order?A:
Step NO.1: Please indicate product size,application,quantity and other request.It’s better to provide a picture of the tin can you need.
Step NO.2:After confirming size, artwork for printing design will be sent to you.
Step NO.3:Size of tin and printing are confirmed. Then pay mould charge to start making it.
Step NO.4:Produce sample and send to you for confirming it.
Step NO.5:Confirmed sample, pay down payment. Then arrange mass production.
