3. Feeding device

4. Punching Moulds description

As for the profiles, total need 2 sets of punching moulds, when need to punching the first hole drawing, change the punching mould 1, when punching the second hole drawing, change the punching mould 2, ect. When the punching heads broke, they can be removed, and changed by the new punching heads.

5. Cutting:

5.1 The cutter blade material: Cr12mov HRC58-62 degree
5.2 Cutting after forming: Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length
