Production Process
Raw Material
All raw materials (steel plates) include mill certificates from the factory. Our quality department conducts elongation tests and chemical composition analysis to ensure materials meet required standards before production.
Cutting
Materials are cut to specified dimensions using CNC laser cutting technology, which provides high-quality surface finishes through precise material vaporization.
Molding
Cut steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, or custom) using advanced bending machines for precise curvilinear shaping.
Welding
After molding, steel plates are welded together using AC inverter control systems with seam-tracking arc-guide mechanisms for precise alignment and high efficiency.
Galvanization
All poles are hot-dip galvanized internally and externally according to IS2629-1985 and BS729-1971 standards or client specifications.
