Production Process
Raw Material
When purchasing the raw material (steel plate), one sheet of mill certificate from mill factory must be enclosed. When the raw material arrives at the warehouse, the quality department performs elongation tests and chemical composition analysis to ensure the material meets all required standards before production.
Cutting
Cutting the qualified raw material into different lengths and widths. CNC laser cutting is used to direct the material or the laser beam generated. A typical commercial laser for cutting materials involves a motion control system to follow a CNC or G-code pattern. The focused laser beam melts, burns, vaporizes, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with high-quality surface finish.
Molding
Forming the cut steel plate into the specified shape (circular, polygonal, or other) as per drawing requirements. Our forming devices bend longitudinally rolled sections or strips of metal stock to desired curvilinear shapes.
Welding
After molding, welding the steel plate together (typically longitudinal welds). Our A.C. inverter control ensures stable running and fast traveling speed. The three-spindle seam-tracking arc-guide mechanism guarantees alignment without aberrancy. The integrated main frame and welding machine with flux auto-recovering system ensures easy operation and high efficiency.
Galvanization
All poles are hot-dip galvanized internally and externally according to drawing specifications. Galvanization standards: IS2629-1985, BS729-1971.
