Production Process
Raw Material
We source high-quality steel plates with mill certificates. Upon arrival, our quality department conducts elongation tests and chemical composition analysis to ensure materials meet required standards before production begins.
Cutting Process
Materials are precisely cut to required dimensions using CNC laser cutting technology. This advanced process ensures high-quality surface finishes through precise material vaporization controlled by motion systems following CNC patterns.
Molding
Cut steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, or custom designs) using specialized bending machines that create precise curvilinear forms.
Welding
After molding, steel plates are joined with longitudinal welds using AC inverter-controlled systems with seam-tracking arc-guide mechanisms for perfect alignment. Our integrated systems feature flux auto-recovery for efficient, high-quality welding.
Galvanization
All poles receive complete hot-dip galvanization (internal and external) according to IS2629-1985 and BS729-1971 standards or client specifications.
