Production Process

Cutting

Molding
Cut steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, or custom designs) using precision bending machines to achieve exact curvilinear shapes as per engineering drawings.
Welding
Our advanced welding process features AC inverter control for stability and speed, with three-spindle seam-tracking for perfect alignment. The integrated system includes flux auto-recovery for efficient, high-quality longitudinal welds.
Galvanization
All poles undergo complete hot-dip galvanization (internal and external) meeting IS2629-1985 and BS729-1971 standards, ensuring superior corrosion resistance for long-term durability.
