Production Process

Cutting
Materials are cut to required dimensions using CNC laser cutting technology, ensuring high-quality surface finish on all edges.
Molding
Cut steel plates are formed into required shapes (circular, polygonal, etc.) using specialized bending machines.
Welding
Plates are welded longitudinally using A.C. inverter controlled welding machines with seam-tracking arc-guide mechanism for precision alignment.
Galvanization
All poles are hot-dip galvanized internally and externally according to IS2629-1985 and BS729-1971 standards.
