With 35,000 square meters facility and annual output value of 200 million, we have 20 years experience in design and production of power poles, communication towers, street lighting poles, and steel brackets.

All raw materials (steel plates) include mill certificates. Our quality department conducts elongation tests and chemical composition analysis to ensure materials meet required standards before production.

Materials are precision-cut using CNC laser cutting technology, which provides high-quality surface finishes through precise material vaporization controlled by motion systems following CNC patterns.

Cut steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, etc.) using advanced bending machines for precise curvilinear shaping.

After molding, plates are welded longitudinally using AC inverter-controlled systems with seam-tracking arc-guide mechanisms for perfect alignment and high efficiency.

All poles receive complete hot-dip galvanization (internal and external) according to IS2629-1985 and BS729-1971 standards or client specifications.
