All raw materials (steel plates) require mill certificates from the factory. Upon arrival, quality control performs elongation tests and chemical composition analysis to verify compliance with standards before production begins.
Plasma Cutting
Certified materials are precision-cut using CNC laser cutting technology guided by motion control systems following CNC/G-code patterns, resulting in edges with superior surface finish.
Forming
Cut steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, etc.) using specialized bending machines for metal stock.
Welding
Formed plates are welded longitudinally using AC inverter-controlled systems with seam-tracking arc-guide mechanisms for precision alignment and stable operation.
Galvanization
All poles receive complete hot-dip galvanization (internal and external) meeting IS2629-1985 and BS729-1971 standards for superior corrosion protection.
