All steel plates come with mill certificates. Our quality department conducts elongation tests and chemical composition analysis before production.
Materials are precision-cut using CNC laser cutting technology guided by motion control systems following CNC patterns, resulting in high-quality edge finishes.
Cut steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, etc.) using specialized bending machines for precise curvilinear shapes.
AC inverter-controlled welding ensures stable operation and fast speed. Three-spindle seam-tracking guarantees alignment accuracy with integrated flux recovery systems.
All poles receive complete hot-dip galvanization (internal and external) meeting IS2629-1985 and BS729-1971 standards.
