The lamp poles, electrical poles, power poles, transmission poles, road lamp poles, street lighting poles, street lamp pole , outdoor lighting pole,outdoor light pole,street lighting ,lighting pole , lighting , road lighting pole , road light pole ,road lamp pole ,steel pole, light pole, lighting pole ,street pole ,road pole,poles ,high mast poles, mast pole and traffic single pole are made by hot –roll coil , the material can be Q235 ,Q345,Q460,ASTM A 572 GR65 ,GR65, SS400 ,SS490,ST52-3 or any other client required , the process as cut plate, bending ,forming ,automatic welding ,drill holes ,quality check before galvanized ,hot dip galvanized or powder coating ,final quality check according by client required.

Our poles as normal cover by sea/road-worthy wooden packing material, anyway also can following by client required, each 40HQ or OT can loading how many pcs will calculation base on the client actually specification and date.

Features

1. Saving a great deal of steel, about 30~70% (employing cold drawn steel wire can save 30%~60%; employing high stress steel wire can save 40%~69%).

2. Crack resistance can increase about 3~5 times.

3. Rigidity increases 1~3 times.
