AA8011 H14 aluminium sheet is the main material of bottle safety closure for spirits and other’s. MAXL can produce such material with 70mm deep drawing process. The surface is can be chemically treated such as chrome-phosphate treatment and DOS Covering. Surface roughness is in accordance with DIN EN ISO11562. Mill finish, Pre-coating service is also provided.

1. Alloy EN AW-8011A / H14, (Rm 110-150 Mpa, Rp0,2, 90-130 Mpa, A50 ≥3%, earing ≤1%) according to the DIN EN 541/573-3 and DIN EN 1669.
2. Surface tension 40-46 mN/m.
3. Package DIN EN 10204-3.1
