1.Which design format you require?
We accept: .psd /.ai /.cdr/ .pdf etc.


2.Can you help with design ?
We can FREE design for you. Our excellent designer will help to create logo and make various

designs for your choice.The information we need is: Clear product name list, logo , brand name.

3.How to make sure I will get products after I pay for you ?
All we do is for long-term business, "Be honest, Professional and Good quality " is our wise
to win market and reputation . Following are reasons that you can trust us:
a. Offer our company factory certification and our former customers recommendtation;
b. Offer you designs and samples for testing before payment;
c. We accept 70% deposit , and rest balance can pay after production finish, samples can also
    ship to you before you pay rest balance.
d. We accept T/T and Bank account to receive payment .

4.Is the sample available?
Yes, sample is available. If you need our ready-made samples, free charge ;If u need samples

with your own design,Sample fee depends on your design request, sample fee will be ALL

returned if your bulk production is exactly same with the sample.

5.How long time can I get proudcts ?
Sample : 1-3working days
Bulk production :7-10business days after received your deposit and design confirmation;
QC and packaging: 1-2 business days
 

6.How to make the payment?
We accepted : T/T, Western Union, , Bitcoin, Aliexpress, Bank transfer
