1 Speed Limiter GPS Product Specifications
Vehicle speed limiter CA100F is an intelligent terminal equipment which can realize precise speed limiting for vehicles. It is not only a speed limiter but also a GPS Tracker.Speed control precision is very high and the performance is reliable. It will not affect the big throttle start nor the power torque, stable and reliable. It only limits the maximum speed and the vehicle will not stall during speed limiting, and ensure the throttle pedal free movement in the right speed range.

2. Speed Limiter Requirement

- The input speed signal shall be obtained from global navigating system (GNS) or speedometer vehicle speed signal or a converted speed signal from vehicle gearbox or from other separately installed sensor as deemed appropriate;
- The speed limiter devices shall be of industrial grade and designed for automotive application.
- All components necessary for full function of the speed limiter or the Speed limiter device shall be energized whenever the vehicle is being driven;
- The device should provide functional check facility by which the set speed and functioning can be checked by the field and other concerned authorities.
- The speed limiter device system shall be equipped with a system which shall accept an external device for testing the speed limiter and verifying its functionality.
- The speed limiter device system shall be able to be verified. Authenticated and tested whilst the vehicle is "on" the road.
3.Speed Limiter With Document requirement:

- At minimum name of the manufacturer; serial number. month and year of manufacture details shall be marked on each speed limiter device.
- The manual shall include at minimum the following information.
i. The expected behavior of a vehicle where a road speed limiter has been fitted. '
ii. Driving tips for a vehicle where road speed limiter has been installed
iii. What should not be done to the installed road speed limiters
iv. What should be done in case of malfunction
v. The liability of the owner or driver of vehicle for tampering with the road speed limiters. - Technicians manual shall include at minimum the following information.
i. Principles of operation covering details of how the road speed limiter works.
ii. Fitting Instructions.
iii. Calibration or programming instructions.
iv. Inspection and functionality checks.
v. Maintenance and troubleshooting instructions.
vi. Parts list.
vii. Manufacturers name and authorized trade mark.
viii. Model.
- How to connect the relay?
Answer:Relay have 4 lines:87A and 30PIN are respectively connected to the two ends of the cut oil pump line;86 connects 12V or 24V power line in series;85PIN connects to the white line of the GPS speed limiter.Note: Control the speed of the speed limiter with above way, the delay of the speed limit will be relatively large. For example, if the speed limit is set to 40km/h, the car can also run up to 50km/h during acceleration. So, find the car pulse speed line and calibrate the pulse speed, the delay will be much smaller.For vehicles with mechanical throttle, if want to limit the speed without delay, need connect a solenoid valve and use a relay to control the solenoid valve to achieve the purpose of real-time speed limit.
- How to set the speed limit value?
Answer:After GPS SPEED LIMITER is installed completely, start the vehicle first. When the vehicle is idling, send a text message “STARTIDLE*123456”, the device will automatically learn the idle voltage, and then return the learned idle voltage value to the mobile
phone---- this is very important!Then use the text message "SPEED*123456*40" to set the speed limit value, first test it with GPS speed, and the speed limit function is normal.
- Does the speed limiter have IMEI and ID number?
