Solutions to common problems of GPS locator
(1) Question: What else should I prepare after I buy it? Can it be used directly?
Answer: To prepare a mobile phone card, this card must be activated with GRPS CMNET Internet access function.
(2) Q: Why is the newly installed equipment displayed in other places?
Answer: 1. If the vehicle displays a "stationary" state on the platform after being installed, but it is displayed elsewhere on the map. This is because after the device is installed, the vehicle has been at a standstill. When the device is at a standstill, GPS data will not be transmitted to the server (for data saving considerations). This phenomenon is because the device has not yet transmitted the latest positioning data to the server, and the old positioning data is still displayed. So what you see is the old location data.
Solution: Please drive the vehicle out to an open area for a certain distance. When the vehicle is in motion, the latest positioning data will be uploaded to the server, and the accurate location can be seen. .
2. If the vehicle displays "offline" or "not online" status on the platform after it is installed. This is because the device has not been connected to the server, the GPS positioning data has not been uploaded to the server, and the old positioning data is seen.
