High-quality carbon fiber sheet made from carbon fiber and epoxy resins. The sheet is made from 100% carbon fiber (aka full carbon), recommended in particular for construction purposes where high bending strength and stiffness are crucial.

Advantages:

• Sheet made with advanced infusion technology (in vacuum) that ensures stiffness improved by approximately 30% compared to manually produced sheets.
• Made from high-quality 100% carbon fiber.
• A mirror-like perfect gloss on the top layer.
• Extraordinary appearance, without any defects related to air micro bubbles (pinholes) – very common in the case of manually produced sheets.
• Low weight – only ~ 1.09 kg (2.67 lb).
• The sheet is cured in production at 50 °C to improve bending strength, stiffness, and thermal resistance up to 70 °C.
• Cut to dimensions with a CNC machining center – which ensures stable and precise dimensions.
• Easily cutting with traditional tools such as a scroll saw blade or grinder.

The 1.5mm is a medium-weight sheet with our high-gloss mirror finish. While it has some flexibility and will wrap around a 12” pipe, it’s best suited for application on flat surfaces.

Made from 6K 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber fabric, it is 100% genuine carbon fiber. It has a high gloss finish on one side and is pre-textured on the back to bond to any surface, using our 3M high-performance double-sided adhesive. It can be cut with a hacksaw, coping saw, a Dremel tool, a carbide saw, or an abrasive cutoff wheel. No other sanding or prep work is required.
