High Modulus and High Strength Matte/Glossy 3K Carbon Fiber Round Tube
LIJIN Composites customized carbon fiber tubes for many applications. Available in carbon fiber tubes in a roll wrapped, filament winding processes, custom sizes available upon request, diameters from 5mm to 500mm, length up to 6000mm.
Carbon Tubes are manufactured using multiple layers of prepreg carbon fiber materials. The number of layers allows us to vary the orientation of the fibers throughout the thickness, creating the highest-performance product according to per client's requirement.
Our carbon fiber tubes are all manufactured by our own production workshops, and the performance and quality are under our control. They are ideal for automation robotics, telescoping poles, and FPV frame, because of their lightweight and high strength. Roll-wrapped carbon fiber tubes including twill weave or plain weave for outer fabrics, unidirectional for the inside fabric. Additionally, glossy and smooth sanded finishes are all available.
Generally, we offer black carbon tubes, if you have a demand for color tubes, it'll cost more time. If it doesn't match your need, please contact us directly for your custom specifications.

Roll Wrapped Carbon Fiber Tube Production Process
- Wrapped onto a mandrel in multiple layers and angles
- Externally pressurized with transparent PP tape
- Heat cured to solidify
- After curing, the solid composite is molded from the mandrel as a tube
