LIJIN Composites customized carbon fiber tubes for many applications. Available in carbon fiber tubes in a roll wrapped, filament winding processes, custom sizes available upon request, diameters from 5mm to 500mm, length up to 6000mm.
Carbon Tubes are manufactured using multiple layers of prepreg carbon fiber materials. The number of layers allows us to vary the orientation of the fibers throughout the thickness, creating the highest-performance product according to per client's requirement.
High strength roll wrapped carbon fibre tube with a Matte woven carbon fiber finish making them a great choice for a huge range of both structural and cosmetic applications including drones, UAVs, camera rigs, automation, tripods, lightweight structures and much more.
This tube has an outside diameter (OD) of 40mm and an inside diameter (ID) of 37mm, resulting in a 1.5mm wall thickness and is manufactured using alternating layers of high strength unidirectional carbon fibre running length-ways down the tube for stiffness and at 90° around the tube to provide hoop strength and resilience to crush, burst and torsional loads. Externally the tube is finished with a smooth, UV stable clear coat showing off the classic appearance of its 2x2 twill woven carbon fiber outer layer.

Roll Wrapped Carbon Fiber Tube Production Process
- Wrapped onto a mandrel in multiple layers and angles
- Externally pressurized with transparent PP tape
- Heat cured to solidify
- After curing, the solid composite is molded from the mandrel as a tube
