Our Roll wrapped carbon fibre tubes are manufactured by wrapping multiple layers of 12k UD and 3k twill carbon fibre prepregs around a metal mould and then cured at high temperature. The UD prepregs are used in core layers whereas the twill is on the surface.

High strength&lightweight: higher strength than aluminum alloy or steel tube, but much lighter. Also Corrosion, water, heat, and fatigue resistance. The carbon tube is made of pure 3K carbon fiber material. matte finish is great for surface coating and adhesive bonding applications. And they can be cut to any length with an abrasive chop saw.
