High Pressure Resistance Corrosion Resistance Carbon High Precision Telescopic Tube

 

Roll-wrapped carbon fibre tubes with a smooth surface finish of 3k plain weave fabric, clear-coated glossy. Subjacent layers from unidirectional non-crimp fabric. High-quality epoxy resin matrix. These telescoping carbon fibre tubes nest within one another and slide effortlessly. They are also suitable as individual tubes for other applications.

 

We have specially developed the Telescopic Tubes series in order to be able to offer you a perfectly graded range of tubes that fit into one another. The telescopic tubes are perfect for the realization of plug-ins or also extendable arms or extendable guides or fits. The tubes are all ground to fit each other, ensuring that these tubes can always be pushed into each other with minimal play. Due to their special fiber structure, these pipes are particularly efficient in terms of flexural strength and compressive strength under transverse pressure. The specially developed biaxial fiber structure is used for this purpose in order to offer maximum rigidity.

 

There are 3 different surfaces to choose from:

 

• Winding surface (grip surface with good haptics - raw, unprocessed)
• Ground (precision surface ground, smooth, matt)
• Painted (high gloss coating, these tubes are also ground to precision)
