High Pressure Resistance CF Tube 100% 3K Carbon Fiber Rectangular Tubing

This tubing is comprised of Carbon Fiber braids and Unidirectional Fabrics. This product is ideal for building lightweight frames and structures such as trusses. Our Carbon Fiber tubing has been engineered to be much stronger under torsional and side loading than pultruded tubing. Our carbon fiber tubing is also significantly lighter than pultruded tubing. Our carbon fiber large tube has been designed so that the unidirectional layers are captured, eliminating longitudinal cracking and splitting. The finish on this product is different from our other product lines.

The standard braided carbon fiber tubes show the natural finish of the carbon fiber braid with a wet shiny appearance.

Our tubing is also significantly lighter than pultruded tubing. Our carbon fiber square tube has been designed so that the unidirectional layers are captured in a sandwich structure, eliminating longitudinal cracking and splitting. The finish on this product is different from our other product lines. These square tubes show the texture of the carbon fiber braid with a wet shiny appearance.
