Low Density and Light Weight Telescopic Pole in Carbon Fiber - UV Resistant

Carbon fiber tube: Carbon fiber tube, also known as a carbon fiber tube, is made of carbon fiber composite material pre-impregnated with styrene-based polyester resin and then cured by heating and pultrusion (twisting).In the manufacturing process, various profiles can be produced through different molds.

The telescopic pole is supplied with a high-quality, screwable end cap of aluminium (at the bottom), so any number of sections can be removed and pulled out. The rubber cap (top) fits very tightly to prevent the cap from unintentionally loosening during transport.

• High tensile strength: The strength of carbon fiber is 6-12 times that of steel, and it can reach more than 3000mpa.
• Low density and lightweight. The density is less than 1/4 of steel.
• Carbon fiber tube has the advantages of high strength, long life, corrosion resistance, lightweight and low density.
• Carbon fiber tube has the characteristics of lightweight, solidity, and high tensile strength, but special attention should be paid to electricity prevention when using them.
• A series of excellent properties such as dimensional stability, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient, self-lubricating, energy absorption, and seismic resistance.
• It has high specific modulus, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, etc.
