We have specially developed the Telescopic Tubes series in order to be able to offer you a perfectly graded range of tubes that fit into one another. The telescopic tubes are perfect for the realization of plug-ins or also extendable arms or extendable guides or fits. The tubes are all ground to fit each other, ensuring that these tubes can always be pushed into each other with minimal play. Due to their special fiber structure, these pipes are particularly efficient in terms of flexural strength and compressive strength under transverse pressure. The specially developed biaxial fiber structure is used for this purpose in order to offer maximum rigidity.

The tubes have a particularly attractive carbon design finish to meet the highest visual demands. Both the inner layers and the outer layers are made of twill carbon fabric. High-strength carbon fibers are used as core layers in the longitudinal direction in order to achieve maximum flexural strength.

The tubes of the TT = telescopic tubes series are therefore the perfect choice for applications that require perfectly matched diameters. Due to their precision cut, they are equivalent to our precision tube series, manufactured to provide you with a modular system of matching tubes.

Carbon fiber telescopic tubes are the ideal choice for application that needs compact storage and long extended length. These poles slide easily within one another and can be locked at any length which is easy to operate and carry.

Our normal production style is 10ft, 20ft, 30ft, 40ft, 45ft, 60ft, etc with standard UD/3k glossy or matte surface.

With lightweight and high stiffness, they're widely used for water-fed poles, window cleaning systems, aerial photography, factory automation, and so on.
