Extremely Strong and Durable 1.0mm High Gloss Plain Weave Carbon Fiber Sheet

LIJIN all-twill carbon fiber sheets are comprised of woven twill material throughout all of the layers of the laminate. Created specifically for projects that involve angled or contoured cuts, the all-twill sheets provide enhanced visual appeal by showing the woven look throughout the entire piece. These sheets have a 0/90 woven layup structure, and were designed specifically for shaping or sculpting applications, such as carbon fiber knife handles. The finish on both sides is satin twill. The prepreg woven carbon fiber not only gives the best consistency in terms of fiber direction and layer thickness, it also has higher fiber to resin ratio and is almost void free throughout the laminate, reducing the amount of surface filling necessary.

The 1.0mm is a medium-weight sheet with a high-gloss mirror finish. While it has some flexibility and will wrap around a 12” pipe, it’s best suited for application on flat surfaces.

Made from 3K 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber fabric, it is 100% genuine carbon fiber. It has a high gloss finish on one side and is pre-textured on the back to bond to any surface, using our 3M high-performance double-sided adhesive. It can be cut with a hacksaw, coping saw, a Dremel tool, carbide saw, or an abrasive cutoff wheel. No other sanding or prep work is required.
