High Strength Corrosion Resistant Customized 100% 3K Carbon Fiber Tube

High-Performance tubes are laminated from high-quality carbon fibers and epoxy (pre-preg) and always have an attractive carbon fiber outer layer, finished with a high gloss or satin PU-coating. The fibers are laminated in two directions (0° and 90°) in the core. This ensures optimal strength and stiffness, and low weight. The outer diameter tolerance is +/- 0,2mm. These carbon composite tubes offer the same excellent mechanical properties as the High Precision Round Tubes. A sleek, attractive tube with the ‘real carbon look’.

The carbon tubes can be cut to size on request. We can also provide post-processing services such as drilling and CNC milling.

CNC Milling: A technique for milling many different shapes accurately and quickly. We have two automated milling machines for composite work, so all standard products can be milled to your requirements.

Cutting: LIJIN can shorten round and rectangular tubes, and saw plates and panels to any desired length. You do not have to cut yourself and think about special tools and suction; we are happy to do it for you. We also offer special adhesives and accessories for properly bonding carbon to carbon or metal.

Assembly of Interfaces & Inserts: In addition to various automated operations, we also provide complete gluing and assembly of frames and inserts for industrial customers. From prototyping to a series of 100+ pieces.
