These sheets are made using 2X2 twill weave 3k carbon fibre (on either side) and unidirectional carbon in between orientated at +/- 45 degrees. (giving high stiffness) in the construction. It is the highest-grade carbon fibre sheet available. The manufacturing process we use gives a perfect finish, without pinholes or surface imperfections.
The sheet is available in different thicknesses and sizes, to suit your application.
Every sheet is produced using multiple layers of the highest quality high modulus pre-preg carbon. Every sheet is created using a 'balanced' layup, which creates a finished product that is very stable and does not warp.
The unique manufacturing process we use ensures a pin-hole-free, flawless satin finish on both sides.
Thickness +/- 0.1mm
For model making, car Interior styling etc. very light and strong. 3K Twill Weave, Matte surface on both sides. 100% Carbon Fibre sheet: hot pressed 3K Carbon Fibre. Twill weave.
Carbon Fibre sheet is very strong owing to its perfect ratio of reinforcement to matrix and pressure consolidation during curing and is manufactured to engineering tolerances.
