Product Features

 

Carbon fiber tube has the advantages of high strength, long life, corrosion resistance, light weight and low density. It is widely used in kites, aviation model aircraft, lamp brackets, PC equipment shafts, etching machines, medical equipment, sports equipment,nt and other mechanical equipment. A series of excellent performances such as dimensional stability, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, small coefficient of thermal expansion, self-lubricating and energy absorption and shock resistance. And has a high specific modulus, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and so on.

 

The disadvantage is that it has electrical conductivity (Ωcm - 1.5 × 10-3), which has the advantage of very good tensile strength (for example, the tensile strength is kg/mm2 - 400 in 12000 filament units).

 

The content of carbon fiber used in the production of carbon fiber tubes directly determines its mechanical performance and value. Carbon fiber tube has the characteristics of light weight, firmness and high tensile strength, but special care should be taken to prevent electricity during use.
