LIJIN offers a wide variety of carbon fiber sheets. These carbon fiber plates are multiple laminations of carbon in an epoxy matrix. No matter what your application, LIJIN has the right plate for your needs.

These carbon fiber plates are comprised of orthotropic (non-quasi-isotropic) laminates utilizing a twill weave at 0°/90° orientation while maintaining a symmetrical and balanced laminate. They are textured on one side to facilitate bonding and offer a glossy, matte, or textured finish on another side. Most thicknesses also offer a choice of face sheet material on the finished side.

Special tooling and structural grade epoxy resin system assure a durable and beautiful mirror like-high gloss finish or scratch-resistant matte finish.

We can control more precise dimensions with high accuracy molds and make the carbon fiber products by different processes (Autoclave, Molding, Vacuum, handcraft, RTM, etc.)

Thickness Details

0.3mm Thickness

• About: The 0.3mm thickness sheet is made up of just one layer of 3k 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber and has a stiff paper-like feel. It's worth noting that because only one layer is used, you will get a shine-through effect between the corners of where the carbon fiber threads are crossing over each other. The best way to describe this is if you were to put the sheet in front of a window, you see light shining through like pinholes. If your application is being applied to another surface, making sure that the surface is a dark color is a great way to hide any shine-through effect without having to move up to a thicker material.
• Rigidity: This sheet is best suited for applications on flat surfaces or pipes due to the fact that it only bends in one direction. It can bend enough that it could wrap around a 1-inch diameter pipe. It is not recommended on compound curves, convex or concave surfaces.

0.5mm Thickness

• About: The 0.5mm thickness sheet is made up of just one layer of 6k 2x2 twill heavy card stock feel. Like the thinner 0.25mm sheet, you will get some shine-through effect against light, but it's much less.
• Rigidity: This sheet is best suited for applications on flat surfaces or pipes due to the fact that it only bends in one direction. It can bend enough that it could wrap around a 4-inch diameter pipe, making it about 4-times more rigid than the 0.25mm sheet. It is not recommended on compound curves, convex or concave surfaces.

1.0mm Thickness

• About: The 1.0mm thickness sheet is made up of just one layer of 6k 2x2 twill heavy card stock feel. You will not get any shine through at this thickness like you may have seen with thinner material.
• Rigidity: This sheet is best suited for applications on flat surfaces or pipes due to the fact that it only bends in one direction. It can bend enough that it could wrap around a 12-inch diameter pipe, making it about 4-times more rigid than the 0.5mm sheet and 12-times more rigid than the 0.25mm. It is not recommended on compound curves, convex or concave surfaces.
